Christmas Party Menu 2007

Served from 8pm each night

 

Here is the new menu for 2007. Obviously there is still some time before Christmas so there may be a few changes but we'll keep this page updated should the need arise!

You will also be supplied with Party Poppers & Christmas Crackers on all party nights!

Starters (bowling party nights only)

 

Large 'combo' of chicken nuggets, potato wedges, garlic mushrooms, onion rings & dips served to your lanes while bowling.

 

Starters (for disco party nights only)

 

A platter of Scottish smoked salmon, capers and horseradish blended with creme fraich on a bed of mixed leaves, diced sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, and olives with a medley of galia and honeydew slices and liver pate with warm bread rolls.

 

Main Course - served from our chefs buffet table
 
  • Roast Turkey with stuffing and chipolata sausage wrapped in bacon.
  • Prime Herefordshire Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
  • Vegetable Wellington, seasonal vegetables in olive oil, tomato and garlic sauce and mozzarella cheese in an oven roasted case of puff pastry.
  • Poached Scottish Salmon, served in a lemon, white wine and dill sauce. Available as a preordered main course only.

All of the above served with a selection of seasonal vegetables, new and roast potatoes.

 

Desserts - served from our sweet buffet
 
  • Fresh Lemon Pavlova with a crisp meringue base filled with a lemon cream and finised with a tangy lemon topping.
  • Tropical fresh fruit salad and cream.
  • A selection of fresh cheesecakes from the Dairy House of Weobley.
  • A cheese board, biscuits, grapes and celery.
